Machine Operator with Forklift

Programmed is currently seeking for Machine Operator based in Cairns. On offer is casual position to the right applicant along with other attractive incentives listed below.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure machines operate at full capacity
• Keep machines stocked with required materials
• Maintain equipment and perform periodic output checks
• Set up and operate sheet metal forming machinery
• Work across multiple machines or specialize in a complex machine
• Operate computer-controlled and mechanical equipment
• Ensure machines are properly set up and producing quality products
• Operate a forklift to move stock within the warehouse

Requirement:

• Forklift License in mandatory

Additional requirements:

• Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
• An excellent attitude towards safety in the workplace
• Available for an immediate start
